Still think that CCS has some fun effects when it comes to the cards, even if they're a bit dated at this point. a bunch of gifs between three of the elemental cards

I still think Byakuya's sword had some bitchin' animation effects - finally the sakura blossom shots in every anime have become weaponized! here and here

Also, (Earth Maiden) Arjuna. The first anime I ever bought. I haven't watched it in a while, but it had some really interesting animation. YMMV about whether their choices were effective, though... I don't have gifs for it, but it looks like it might be on youtube, so here's a playlist.
